R. Coffee LtD is a high-end men's clothing store, located in Boonsboro, Virginia. I worked on the Innovations Public Relations and Marketing Team during my final semester of my undergraduate degree, during which time I was paired with this client. I acted as the Account Representative and communication point between the client and team and for client meetings in order to navigate the flow of information throughout the semester working with this client. This project details one of the team's deliverables: a collection of weekly newsletters to their subscribing customers and audience. For each of these newsletters, I filled the role of the writer.

The concept of this project was to use email marketing tactics to inform their current subscribing audience about events and organizational information and grow the click-through-rate from the email to website and in-store visits. Each newsletter features a front page image and introduction, an introductory write-up, a featured product or brand of the week, and recommendations for local places to eat. I filled the role of writing for each of these newsletters, while Bella Calve completed the photography and imaging, Bethany Zane assisted in graphic design and layout, and Will Hayes proofed each document. These projects were completed for the Innovations Student PR & Marketing team for R. Coffee LtD.
